2. Fill in and send the following information
① Full name (in English)
② Clinic name
③ Stay dates (check-in to check-out)
④ Number of guests (maximum 2)
3. We will check availability and confirm the payment amount for you
4. We will send you a payment link (credit card payment is available)
5. After confirming your payment, we will provide the room number and the access password.
